The telehandler comes back from a six-week rental. It gets pressure-washed, parked, and marked available—because the rental system tracks dates, not condition. Three days later it goes out again. When a simpler fix is enough
With a small fleet at one location, a laminated checklist, a photo folder per unit, and a hard rule—no dispatch until inspection's signed—covers most of it. Discipline beats software when one person can see the whole yard from the door.
